A hundred years of Ilja Hurník
In Autumn, Melodramfest 2022 starts on Thursday September 22, in the Prayer House in Korunní (Prague Vinohrady) with a concert for the 100th birthday of Ilja Hurník, who is best known as the author of children’s melodramas. In cooperation with the NeoKlasik orchestra of the conductor Václav Dlask, will be offered not only to the children’s audience two large-scale melodramas: Muzikanti performed by Marie Jansová and Příběhy jedné kapely performed by students of the College of Acting in Prague under the direction of Marta Hrachovinová.
