Contemporary World Melodrama
A concert of works by authors nominated for the finals of the 3rd International Zdeněk Fibich Competition in Composition of Melodrama
is also the final round of this anonymous and age-unlimited composition competition. The best newly created works will be performed by experienced reciters Marta Hrachovinová, Filip Sychra and pianist Daniel Wiesner, directed by Věra Šustíková, on Sunday 29 October at 6.30 pm in the HAMU Gallery. The audience can also vote and award the Audience Award to the author, whose name will be revealed only after the end of the competition.
