Contemporary Czech melodrama in Kroměříž

The ForFest festival with a spiritual theme offered this year a concert of contemporary Czech melodrama across generations, dramaturgically prepared by Věra Šustíková, who was also the director. Performed by Marta Hrachovinová and Filip Sychra – recitation and Věra Müllerová – piano the works of authors of roughly four generations were performed: Michaela Augustinová, Kateřina Pincová, Pavel Samiec; further Lukáš Sommer, Jiří Pakandl and Markéta Mazourová. The older authors were represented by: Josef Marek, Emil Viklický, Karel Pexidr, Jiří Bezděk and Miloš Štědroň. The concert took place on Sunday, June 26, at the Museum of Kroměříž.
