Kafka 100 years

The opening concert of the Melodramfest from the works of contemporary Czech authors to texts by Franz Kafka takes place on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the ČCE prayer hall, Korunní 60, Prague 2 – Vinohrady.

Chamber melodramas by Sylvia Bodorová, Lukáš Hurník, Roman Z. Novák and Josef Vejvoda will be complemented by novelties by Jiří Hlaváč, Martin Kux and Josef Marek in their world premiere. The performers are: Alžběta Mrva Bohdanová, Viktor Dvořák, Jaroslav Slánský, Petr Stach, Michaela Žitná – recitation, Markéta Halamová – oboe, Jiří Hlaváč – alto saxophone, Bronislava Klablenová – harp, Jana Krejčí – clarinet, Ozren Mutak – guitar, Sebastian Tóth – cello , Daniel Wiesner – piano.
